Once Bitter kept talking about him I noticed online that there were articles published about Thresh competing against Alcazar. Then again, there were other little taunts that Alcazar would do to get Thresh to compete in 1 vs. 1 matches with him. I finally met Alcazar in person about a year later when I attended the PGL 1998 finals. For a while there I thought Alc had a big ego, but after meeting him that year I found out he was just very competitive, and straight forward with his love for Quake 1. He's a very sweet guy to get to know.
