I had heard about Ash at the time but never really had a chance to get to know him. During Quakecon 2003, I bumped into him one morning while walking through to get to BYOC area. He requested to see my badge so I showed him it and he replied, "Oh you're CaliGirl!"  I was hesitant since I didn't know why this good looking guy knew me. He told me he was from PlanetQuake. When Quakecon 2004 came around, I saw Ash very frequently through out the event but was unable to talk to him. Maybe next year we'll be able to chat a bit more than say hi and bye while passing each other down the hall.
