I am sorry about the lack of updates. Ever since E3, it's been sort of crazy around here. Well, with so many requests of people asking me where my current pictures are, I have decided to updated my bio with some of the E3 2000 pictures that were taken last May 2000. Keep in mind they aren't that great of pictures of me... Maybe some day I'll get some glamour shots of some sort. ;)   Here they are if you are too lazy to check the bio:

I still have yet to update about 3 other mini bios to the site. So keep an eye out for Subsonic, Starless, Cokey being added very soon. I was only able to update Tangles the other day, I've been working on many projects all at once at work lately. Thanks for your patience guys! ;)  Also, I will be updating most of XP member pages along with other people's bios who have pictures from attending XP-Medic's Lan.

Tangles has been a good friend since I first met him in a Daikatana chat one night last year. He invited me to Shugashack's IRC so I shied away from going there thinking a lot of rowdy guys would be in there. Indian18 happened to be in the chat at the time and said that it wasn't that bad to at least visit! I went there and it ended up being a very mellow place compared to what I thought it would have been. They do occasionally get rowdy but I'm usually not paying attention when it happens. -Thanks for finally sending over the pic Chris! :)

I originally had Rake's picture up online but I didn't have a mini bio of him. I've added a brand new picture of him as well as added his bio. I lost touch with him about a year ago so I had no way of contacting him but I ran into him last night in one of the IRCs I visit frequently.

XP-Icelore's mini bio page has been updated with a more current picture. This picture was taken while he was at a LAN event in Illinois. Icelore was recently accepted in the Xtreme Prejudice Clan so I recently updated his page with the current information as well.

Prime has two pictures added, Darkviper has six pictured added and I have one. The picture added to my bio is just a picture with one of the guys from PlanetQuake...  Beware, it's not a good one! ;)

While I was at the Game Developers Convention this March, I saw Kornelia all three days. I did have time to chat with her in between her constant Quake III Arena play for the Gamespy booth, a contest they were running. I've added two new pictures from that specific event. The one with Darkviper playing against Kornelia was sent to me by Dakkon.

This one is more of a goody but oldie. I've known Psyclone for quite a few years now but at times we end up losing touch on the net some how. He used to run this really cool site for SA Gamer Demos. I haven't talked to him for many months now, it could even be a year but I finally received an email from him just recently. I used to have his picture online before the re-design of the photo album so any of you who remember the old photo album may recall a picture of him before there. It's an old picture but he may get enough courage to send me a more recent one. I guess I'll have to beg him a bit more. -Thanks Keith!

My Grandma's Birthday Party! Monday - February 7, 2000 - 12:09 AM PST
I know for a fact that many of you have agreed, family is a necessity in life and it is chosen many times to keep. Family could be your best friend who can talk to you like no one else, then there's the family that is from flesh and blood. The type of family that you can only have unconditional love for because no matter what, you will always love them deep down inside. They remember what you were like as a kid whether it was when you were being bratty, lovable, picky at the type of foods you eat (which drove them nuts), what you looked like in diapers and any other blackmail topics they could tell your boyfriend someday. ;)

I have always loved my family and relatives on both sides (dad and mom's). No matter how much it hurt, love never could leave for any of them, it remained the same.  All of the good memories is what I cherished, I put aside the things done to my brothers, parents, and I. Even though hard times came and went, I knew only that time could heal and mend any broken bridges that either side of the family burnt. Sometimes we all can take life for granted and not see both sides, just the side you are on... Not the hurt on the other side, and what they actually went through while the years flew by. It's like many of us have blind folds on and don't see the other person's side or point of view. But then again, we all really didn't live each other's life so how could we see what really happened to the other person?

Many of you know how this is, I have spoken to too many of you who have told me what has happened. I promised to never tell anyone your hurts or desires for something better in life when those times made it where you didn't want to live any more because of what your family did to you. Some times it is just misunderstandings, pride or jealousy that gets in the way. I know no one in this life is perfect, we all must live and learn or we don't really have adventure in life which to me would be very dull... Either that or we are robots walking on this earth without a heart or dream to fulfill.

With that said, I wanted to wish my Grandma Minnie Happy Birthday today! She has always been the same loving, kind, honorable and funny grandma to make any grandchild giggle.  I love you Grandma! :)  

I attended my Grandma's pre-birthday party yesterday and took pictures of the family from my mom's side. Feel free to check out the family pictures! I have added the link for future references on my bio page under MORE RELATIVE PICTURES. And... You guys better behave, that's my family you're looking at! ;)

Lots Of Updates - Monday - January 31, 2000
I have been putting a lot of these off because of work lately but I am glad I finally had a chance to get them up online. I still have yet to make time to re-design the California Girl's Corner of the Net site. That's another thing I have been putting off for too long (sort of like I did with revamping the photo album).  Another project I have yet to complete is the Quake 3 Arena Gamer Photo album which will be hosted by Quake3world.com. I know that site will be a handful and a half but it will be full of enjoyment on my part!

Thanks to Cindy for sending it her information! I have been keeping a collection of pictures of many of the XP members and she happened to be another one that I didn't get some info yet. Kyoni did say she would send me some more current pictures, and maybe some picture of her adorable puppies! Keep an eye out for them.

Medic's LAN Party - January 2000

Here's a bit about what I wrote about the event that took place January 7th and 9th:

My XP bro, XP-Medic held a LAN party in San Diego, California. My brother, Darkviper and I attended it and had a blast. Around 30 people people showed up on Friday. The games that were played were; Quake 3 Arena, Age of Empires II: Age of Kings, Unreal Tournament, Homeworld, Quake 2 Rocket Arena, and I believe Half-life Opposing Force.

The games I kept almost being glued to at the LAN were Quake 3 Arena, Age of Kings and Unreal Tournament. I mainly played Q3A and AOK though. I have been having problems with my configuration keys in Unreal Tournament. It's has a lot to do with my config in Quake 3 Arena, my secondary key on my mouse to switch to the Rocket Launcher is the same key I use as a secondary weapon in Unreal Tournament. The only problem with this all, I have been playing more Quake 3 Arena the past week and a half. So the Unreal Tournament secondary weapon key keeps messing me up, I end up shooting grenades from the Rocket Launcher in UT and killing myself. hehe :)  For now I'll just keep playing Quake 3 Arena and play Unreal Tournament at other times. It's almost like I have to re-format my brain to stop playing the Quake 3 Arena style and play the Unreal Tournament way. It's rough, believe me. :)

Besides the UT and Q3 weapon problems, it was a lot of fun going there. Lots of XP clan members attended the event. Many of you probably know them or have had them fragging in Quake 3 Arena or Unreal Tournament. Either that or them trying to conquer you at Age of Empires 2 (lots of them love that game). If not, then you have been missing out on meeting some really awesome people. XP-Chael, XP-Delusion Angel, XP-Enigma, XP-Kyoni, XP-Pismo, and of course XP-Medic attended the event since he was the guy holding it with his friend, Zeek.

Other people I can remember at this time were: D8-Reptile, Net Dragon, Kane, DK-05, H4bit, TPM, XChild, Electo Boy, Term and Zerotech.  Zerotech was the one that surprised me the most because I found out he was previously someone I knew by the nick name Legend on Mplayer.com. We used to play a lot of Quake together on there with Exlax Mhz (now K9-Megahertz), 101-Gold and some other gamers. It was great to see him in person finally after almost over 3 years of knowing him online.

Something that was really cool about this whole event was how I learned some strategies for Q3A and AOK. Not only by watching or being fragged by those goes that kept knocking me around (you know who you are!), I also noticed many things I can improve on in Quake 3 Arena.

As for AOE2: Age of Kings, I was taught some hot tips from many of the XP members. But before that, Reptile taught me a really good strategy for the game. It's much different playing a Single Player and Multiplayer game, which many of you should know if you have ever played a Multiplayer in Age of Kings, and was demolished by the opponent in the first 20 minutes. Reptile taught me how to get to Castle Age before 20 mins. He mentioned that he can get to the Castle Age at around 17 minutes. But, I know practice can only make it easier to get there. So far I have made it at around 19 minutes but I am still trying! Every minute counts in Age of Empires: Age of Kings.
